Before becoming a founder, he spent more than a decade working across financial services, business operations, and project delivery. That experience developed a disciplined approach to structure, risk, coordination, and accountability.

As an entrepreneur, the founder has worked across the full business-building cycle: evaluating markets, developing products, visiting manufacturers, coordinating suppliers, managing imports, building digital sales operations, and creating systems to support better decisions.

He is particularly interested in situations where strategy and execution have become disconnected—an owner has an opportunity, an important initiative has stalled, or a business needs someone who can understand the moving parts and create a credible path forward.
